Serenity on the Farm Hospice

I am pleased to announce that Serenity is progressing with the development of a hospice care home, slated to open in summer 2026. This intimate facility will provide 24-hour end-of-life care to up to four residents. Following a recent visit to a similar establishment, I was inspired to expand our services to meet the growing demand for compassionate care. Over the years, we have received numerous requests from hospice liaisons and families seeking specialized support, which we were unable to fulfill due to resource constraints. At Serenity, our holistic approach prioritizes not only the needs of our residents but also those of their loved ones, ensuring a supportive environment during a critical period. We work very closely with our hospice and home health professionals to provide a plan of care that is consistent and specific to each residents needs.
