Current Status (as of 2026)The mill property and creek are closed to the public for general recreation and visits due to liability concerns. However, the annual Ketner’s Mill Country Arts & Crafts Fair continues as a major community event.

- Dates for 2026: Saturday, October 3 (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EDT) and Sunday, October 4 (10:00 AM – 5:30 PM EDT)
- Admission: $8 (cash only); children 8 and under free
