MaxFit is a locally owned gym with multiple locations in the Sequatchie Valley, which is located in Southeastern Tennessee. Our Mission is to provide various avenues for our members and nonmembers to obtain healthier lifestyles, while having a clean, family friendly atmosphere. We have a very hands on approach from our owners and management to provide the best possible options to create a healthier version of you. We understand that Commitment and Consistency are the secrets to Success and we do not Succeed unless YOU Succeed!
